Age Policy

No one under the age of 14 years is permitted treatments, at The Beauty Lounge SE1, unless accompanied by an adult.

No Abuse Policy

The salon is a friendly environment and as such abusive language and behaviour towards our staff or our clients will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission to our salon.

Health Conditions

Please inform us if you are pregnant or have any health conditions, or if you are aware or suspect that you have an allergy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask for 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of treatment will be charged.

Please note that any bookings for treatments of £20 and over will require card details to secure those bookings. A treatment time and therapist is allocated to your treatment and therefore in the interests of fairness please ensure that you contact the salon within the cancellation period mentioned above for any changes to your appointment.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

Answer

If by any chance you have to cancel your appointment you can contact us via email or phone, and we ask you to give us 24 hours’ notice otherwise there will be a full fee for the therapist’s time.

Vouchers

All Vouchers have an expiry date of 3 months from the date stated on the Voucher.
